We’ll be holding a free line dance jam under the Memory Walk 2010 umbrella on 21 Nov 2010, Sunday.

The Memory Walk 2010 is jointly organised by ADA and HPB. The main objectives are to create greater awareness of dementia and to commemorate ADA’s 20th anniversary.

Besides line dancing, there will be Mass Exercise Umbrella Workout, 3.4km walk, health screening, carnival games and more. If you register at the ADA web site, you’ll receive a T-shirt and umbrella which will be used for the Mass Exercise Umbrella Workout.
