You may download our membership application form below. Once you fill it up, please mail the form together with your cheque to the mailing address indicated on the application form.

The CLDAS Membership Application Form is in PDF format. You’ll need Adobe Reader, Foxit Reader, or other PDF readers to read and print out the application form.
Membership
There are two classes of membership open to individual persons of the public with the right to vote and hold office:
Individual Membership
- Ordinary Membership
- Lifetime Membership
There is one other class of membership open to individual persons of the public with NO right to vote nor hold office:

- Junior Membership
Another two classes of membership are by invitation of the Committee only:

Qualification
Any individual person of the public who wish to become an Ordinary Member or a Lifetime Member needs to be:
- Above 18 years of age, and
- Is interested in supporting and promoting the objects of the Association.
Any individual person of the public who wish to become a Junior Member needs to be:
- Of 12-18 years of age, and
- Is interested in supporting and promoting the objects of the Association.
The objects of the Association are to:
- Promote and popularize line dancing in Singapore
- Provide guidelines and recommend syllabus for line dancing courses
- Organize events for members
